Why a tour, not just renders?
A still render shows one angle that the designer chose. A 360° virtual reality tour lets you choose: you stand in the room, turn around, look up at the ceiling, and walk to the next space. That freedom is what makes clients understand a design in minutes instead of weeks of meetings.
1. Starting from the approved design
Every tour begins with the architectural and interior drawings. We build an accurate 3D model of the project – walls, openings, ceiling levels and furniture – so what you see in the tour matches what will be built.
2. Materials and lighting
Next come the finishes: flooring, wall cladding, joinery, fabrics and light fittings. We set up daylight for the project's real orientation and the artificial lighting scenes you will actually live with, so the mood of each space is honest.
3. Rendering the 360° panoramas
From key points in every room we render full spherical panoramas in high resolution (up to 8K). Each panorama captures everything around you – in front, behind, above and below.
4. Linking the spaces
The panoramas are connected with hotspots, so you move from the entrance to the living room, the kitchen or the master suite with one click, just like walking through the house.
5. Viewing anywhere
The finished tour opens in any browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and in VR headsets for a fully immersive experience. You can share it with family, partners or buyers with a single link.
